We are looking for an Account Based Marketing Manager who is responsible for leading the development, implementation, execution and measurement of targeted account-focused programs in collaboration with account-based sales and industry marketing teams in our DACH region and our Architecture, Engineering & Construction Owner industry segments. The right marketer truly understands sales and marketing alignment and has worked collaboratively with sales teams to deploy 1:Few multichannel ABM programs that have a positive impact on revenue, reputation and relationships.This os currently a contract role, covering maternity leave ending July 1st 2024.ResponsibilitiesDrive 1:Few account specific marketing planning aligned to sales strategies for account-appropriate offerings in our midmarket and strategic territory tierFocus on the buyer’s journey and executive engagement to deploy the right programmatic and account-specific tactical mix to deliver the right content at the right timeCreate annual and quarterly 1:Few multichannel marketing plans for targeted list of accounts and contacts that focus on customer acquisition and accelerate existing opportunity close and expansionEvaluate, select and manage vendors that contribute to local demand creation programs targeting accounts in the DACH region and/or your owner segment including agencies, direct mail providers, and fulfillment servicesPrimary liaison with sales representatives, account teams and channel partners for targeted accounts listProactively engage with the direct and indirect sales teams to coordinate, communicate, and optimize the impact of marketing activitiesCollaborate with key stakeholders in worldwide marketing and worldwide sales (Sales, Brand, Industry Marketing, Territory Marketing, Channel Marketing, ABM Practice Team, Events, and Marketing Operations) to ensure coordinated execution of 1:few account-based marketing programs to select accounts in regional cluster segments Employs Autodesk's ABM set of marketing technology tools (i.e. 6sense, Salesforce, Marketo, Folloze, Outreach) to deliver personalized ABM programs in a thoughtful and scalable wayMaintain accurate and actionable understanding of contact data quality for targeted accounts listReview and provide analysis of programmatic Account-Based campaigns and unique account-specific tactics for targeted accounts listUse data and dashboards to inform future tactics and programmatic campaign adjustmentsManage budget and vendor relationships for account-specific tactics for targeted list of accountsMonitor the delivery and execution of plans, and measure effectiveness of resource allocation, efficiency and ROI to inform any adjustmentsMinimum Qualifications4+ years B2B demand generation/field marketing experience with proven account based marketing specific knowledge, skills and experienceBA/BS or equivalent work experienceKnowledge and experience with sales and marketing automation tools such as Salesforce.com, Marketo, 6Sense and any other ABM tech stack is an added advantageGood data analytical and strong business acumenIndustry background in Architectural, Engineering and Construction industries is a plus Good communication skills in German and English language required The Ideal CandidateDriven and motivated by results and contribution to pipeline and revenueModern marketer; knowledgeable and experienced at using a mix of tactics to deliver the right message to the right person at the right timeExcels at collaborating with a diverse set of colleagues and stakeholders to get the job done and thoroughly enjoy being part of a teamHave an outcome-focused, curious and collaborative change agent skill set with an unflinching entrepreneurial spiritProactive self-starter, demonstrating high initiative and critical thinking  #LI-LH1At Autodesk, we're building a diverse workplace and an inclusive culture to give more people the chance to imagine, design, and make a better world.
