Responsible for the software development lifecycle of solutions from design, development, and testing to successful code reviews and installation to live environments. Responsible for troubleshooting any issues that arise in the software solutions built on or around the HRIS and TA applications. Responsible for understanding the business requirements for the company’s HRIS and TA workflows and for building software features or modifications for existing workflows as per those requirements. Responsible for the software development lifecycle of all software solutions built by developing thorough design practices, documenting, testing frameworks, and overseeing quality control standards. Responsible for providing training to the end users of the HRIS and TA applications on how to use the newly-developed features as well as existing applications. Responsible for knowledge sharing and training of other junior developers in the team.
