We’re looking for a storyteller who gets excited about simplifying data and building relationships.Develop and execute a comprehensive North American performance marketing strategy, that can be replicated globally (including Account Based Marketing, Nurture programs, lead generation).Partner with digital, demand generation, analytics, and sales development teams to understand cross-channel marketing performance in North America (digital media, sponsorships, events, editorial and social content).Be a trusted partner to leaders on our business development team by providing actionable marketing insights to drive growth in key accounts.Optimize the effectiveness of our lead flow and lead routing processes to the business teams. Understand lead scoring in our database to reinforce lead scoring methodology in Marketo and Salesforce.Mindset and ability to present ideas to senior level leadership, take feedback, and engage in debates to hone our strategy and drive growth for the businessWho you are:BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience12-15 years of performance marketing experience at a brand advertiser, agency, or media company. Understanding of the programmatic advertising industry is a bonus.Experience working with and presenting to sales teamsCompelling storyteller obsessed with performance motivated to simplify complexity.High EQ with the ability to build relationships across large teams and thrive in fast-paced environment.Detail-oriented, take-ownership attitude, self-organizing and highly skilled in time management to facilitate involvement in multiple projectsAble to work independently with autonomously and communicate up, down and laterally to project stakeholders#LI-DP1Our Compensation and Benefits ( for NY, CO, CA, and WA residents only)At the Trade Desk, Base Salary is one part of our competitive total compensation and benefits package and is determined using a salary range.  The base salary range for this role is $121,500 -$222,800In accordance with NY, CO, CA, and WA law, the range provided is The Trade Desk's reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role.  The actual amount may differ based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location.  All employees may be eligible to become The Trade Desk shareholders through eligibility for stock-based compensation grants, which are awarded to employees based on company and individual performance. The Trade Desk also offers other compensation depending on the role such as sales-based incentives and commissions.  Plus, expected benefits for this role include comprehensive healthcare (medical, dental, and vision) with premiums paid in full for employees and dependents, retirement benefits such as a 401k plan and company match, short and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, well-being benefits, reimbursement for certain tuition expenses, parental leave, sick time of 1 hour per 30 hours worked, vacation time for full time employees up to 120 hours thru the first year and 160 hours thereafter, and around 13 paid holidays per year.  Employees can also purchase The Trade Desk stock at a discount through The Trade Desk’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
