If you enjoy large scale business model transformation, building direct relationships with consumers, and driving measurable, actionable results, this role will offer you the chance to do all those things at a global, $60B scale.HP is looking for an innovative leader to own customer lifecycle management to help HP build lifetime relationships with its subscribers.The Senior Director of Consumer Services Customer Lifecycle Management will establish the strategic direction for the post subscription customer lifecycle and all active subscriber communication channels and touchpoints (email, text, web, app), with a focus on retention, lifetime value, and customer happiness.  As we grow our offerings and build out our engagement architecture, this role will provide strategic direction on our approach to personalization and segmentation at scale.Part of the CSS Customer Success staff and directly reporting to the VP of Customer Success, this leader will have global responsibility for continuous engagement, retention and continuous improvement of the customers’ experience.
