Program ManagerDescription -WSS EE Program Manager shall partner with internal and external stakeholders to align on goals and objectives, define projects to design and implement cross-functional business processes and monitor operational performance to drive continuous improvement. Additionally, the program manager shall maintain a prioritized backlog of requirements; align on development roadmaps to implement technical capabilities; manage dependencies and lead process change management, including communications to sponsors and stakeholders, coordination of training and onboarding of vendors, partners and internal clients until stable operations are demonstrated by predefined key performance indicators.Job Description (basic):Lead Projects/programs from inception to delivery. This includes:Advise and consult on project charters, project deliverables, cost-benefits analysis, timelines, resource allocation, scope and gathering requirements to design solutions.Manage timelines and deliverables in order to meet deadlines.Establish and maintain processes to manage scope throughout implementation project life cycles.Collaborate across several project teams: product management, service delivery, engineering development, operations, business stakeholders, vendors and (internal) clients.Accountable for consistent end-to-end execution of Workforce services and solutions Program Management for new services or the evolution of existing servicesAccountable for the management of multiple projects execution according to appropriate project framework (Lifecycle Management)Accountable for the management of the program plan with documented and maintained key milestones, decisions, and change recordsAccountable for the reporting, the communication and follow up of Project status, budget, and risks to key stakeholders and Management, including executive program checkpointsDefine the program schedule, resource requirements, and investment requirementsOrganize the program team to optimize efficiency and effectiveness of desired outcomeCoordinate all commitments for program deliverables across all stakeholdersFacilitate effective communication across all program team members and the extended stakeholder communityPerform risk and change management to increase project success by proposing appropriate trade-offs between schedule, requirements, and budget.Participate in sharing gained project knowledge and experience as best practices and the enhancement of program management frameworkEducation and Experience: Required:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Quality Management, Computer Sciences, Law or equivalent.Project management certification such as PMP/PMI certification preferred.10+ years’ experience in program management5 or more years’ experience in a compliance function, focused on risk managementFamiliarity with business process workflow / automationKnowledge and Skills:Demonstrated business acumen and successful experience managing all aspects of cross- business unit programs, including communicating with internal and external stakeholders and directing matrixed teams and resources. Ideally, experienced in compliance process implementation.Experience designing and developing project and program planning tools to create, manage and track project results.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.History of innovation with examples of cross-functional process development and implementation experience, preferably using business workflow applications.Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills, in leading or contributing to global and multi-functional teams.Highly motivated to contribute and grow within a complex area of emerging importance.Excellent written and verbal communication skills (verbal, written and presentation); particularly the ability to communicate with diplomacy, credibility, and confidence.Ability to effectively convey program management architectures, plans, proposals, and results, and negotiate options.Strong interpersonal skills with ability to influence without authority.Where legally permitted, an offer of employment is conditional upon you providing proof that you are fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (as defined by the CDC) as of your first day of employment.
