Coordinate the country online ecosystemReporting: Online Country Leader reporting to Consumer Manager or Channel Manager (Peru & Brasil)Level required: SpecialistStrategy and Key Projects:Responsible for Online Ecosystem & Online Strategy in the country (1P, 2P/ HP Store and 3P), through the Online Sales Developers Team.Responsible for the integration of CX improvement tools & Digital transformation (Indexed Content, OmniChat, Rating &Reviews , Q&A , Cross selling and new projects) in strategic customers.Responsible for the Retail Account Plan in 1P on a quarterly basis together with the KAM that includes negotiation and execution of Demand Generation Campaigns in different media, investment plan, digital marketing plan (definition of media, audiences and kpis) and presentation of results.Responsible for budget allocated to develop 1P and 3P strategy (including MDF, Partner funds and other.)Responsible for the definition of the 3P Strategy and ensuring that the Hp Store plays a relevant role in Marketplace.Teamwork with Consumer Manager, Category, KAM and Marketing Team to build the 4P Country Plan & Annual Strategy PlanKPI´s and Key factors for Online Sales Operation:Analysis of KPIs that directly affect Online Sell Out in country and Key metrics to Win Online (weekly monitoring of key dashboards).Development of sales through Marketplace (2P+3P). Control of Skus and sellers defined in strategic curation for each retail.Monitoring of the correct publication of the skus in stock on each website, price control and onsite visibility.Lead online Campaign implementations, promotion controls and negotiation with clients in seasonal events (Cyber, BTS, Hot Sale, etc). Monitoring of OPGs and demand generation campaigns.Online Sales Developers support:Support to the OSD team in:Relationship and strategic alignment with the different commercial areas of the country.Definition of priorities based on the commercial strategy defined by the country.Experience Required: Bachelor’s degree on Economics, Engineering, Finance, Business Administration or related.Master’s degree on Ecommerce, Omnichannel, Digital or related (Optional).More than 3 years of experience in a similar Ecommerce role.Experience in Digital Marketing: SEO, SEM, PLA, Display and Social Media.
