Market Supply Chain Operation PlannerDescription -What a Market Supply Chain Operation Planner does at HP:Be a reliable and solid partner with Partnership to Win mindset through excellent collaboration with market category and region cross functional operations within South-East Asia and Korea countries/clusters.Responsible for supply chain processes, such as inventory analysis and planning, backlog management and supply planning operations typically with a large or complex MNC supply chain operation.Independently executes the backlog and supply matching activities, connecting planning to execution.Produces reports using IT systems and analyses data to develop trends for supply and demand activities; articulates findings, issues and their impacts with opportunities for improvement and develops recommendations.Delivers flawless execution on the core operations through proactively backlog analysis and management with objective to meet market share and revenue maximization attainment metrics.Delivers world class customer and sales confidence in supply chain with proactively management of customer experience through exceptional customers escalations process with regional cross functional operations.Delivers world class financials through ship mode (Air, SEA and Truck) optimization and proactively management of mode of transport conversion with regional cross functional operations. Reviews key performance metrics on a regular basis, identifying opportunities for improvement.Communicates requirements and guidelines to the regional and global business unit planning teams with collaboration mindset to maintain and enhance current business processes.Participate, analyses and contributes to priority projects within established guidelines and assists in developing recommendations.Lead low to medium complexity projects.Supports Digital value chain transformation and new programs rolled out by WW Ops to optimize, simplify systems and processes.Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess:Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.At least 2-4 years of experience in a supply chain planning and operation function. Fresh graduate with 1-2 years of working experience in supply chain planning and operation function are welcome to apply as well.Strong understanding of supply chain processes (plan, source, make, deliver), good knowledge of supply chain planning and inventory analysis.Strong analytical and data modelling skills.Strong written and verbal communication and narrative skills; mastery in English.Strong interpersonal skills and team collaboration skills.Developing Project Management Skills.Demonstrated business acumen and technical knowledge within area of responsibility.Demonstrated leadership skills including team building and conflict resolution and management.Strong knowledge of SAP system skills , Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and other analytical aids to help manage the operation.
