This role on the Privacy Consent Management team will support the ALPACA team's goal to provide a robust Privacy Consent Management system that exceeds partner's needs and expectations. We need a passionate, collaborative, person to support ALPACA's users via strong Operations processes and activities.Responsibilities: Participates as a member of the Data Privacy Consent Management team to support Privacy stakeholders and business partners.Works with partner application teams globally to identify and address any reported issues with dataPerforms detailed analysis of functional or service requirements within scope of knowledge area.Instructs other support or development engineers to help in resolution of issuesImplements enterprise infrastructure or services changes as prepared by senior engineers.Provides end user and routine or basic support of enterprise platforms and services.Monitors the environment and resolves issues utilizing available knowledge reference documentation.Ensures complete and timely hand-off of incidents to other support teams as appropriate.Assists with system maintenance and change implementation.Education and Experience Required: ETL code development a plusKnowledge and experience with Erwin data modeling is a plus3+ years of business/technology work experience preferredUnderstanding of common Data Warehouse architecture, design, development, and deployment of Business Intelligence systemsHigh level of SQL language proficiency with common database platforms, such as SQL Server, Oracle, or newer platforms such as MongoDB, DocumentDB is mandatoryKnowledge and experience with other data management products is a plusKnowledge and Skills: Must be able to analyze problems and solve them creatively.Good communication skills.Candidate must be able to understand software and system architecturePossess advanced analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to communicate across all levels of the organization, technical and non-technical audiences, to convey information in a clear and concise fashion.Excellent analytical thinking, technical analysis, and data manipulation skills.Problem Solving, approaches problems in a rational manner using sound data driven strategies that ensure comprehensive understanding and effective resolution.Ability to leverage new analytical techniques to develop creative approaches and insights.Knowledge and ability to analyze business problems using available tools and applications.Education & ExperienceBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent.Typically 5-8 years’ experience.Sustainable impact is HP’s commitment to create positive, lasting change for the planet, its people, and our communities.
