We are looking for a New College Graduate (NCG) for a position of Financial Analyst to support NVIDIA’s Israeli research and development (R&D) organization. As part of NVIDIA’s FP&A organization, your responsibilities will be to support financial analysis and reporting for the organization. This role is for a recent graduate who has strong interpersonal skills, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and can collaborate effectively with individuals possessing diverse talents and strong time management skills. The role involves prioritizing tasks, thinking creatively, and providing data-based decision making to enable effective decision making at all levels.What you’ll be doing:Support Corporate Finance and Accounting in the period-close process to ensure accurate accounting treatment of transactions and detailed financial reporting and analysis, and be responsible for the related financial processes such as accruals and flux analysisAssist with the evaluation and management of the company's NPI inventory levels. This includes analyzing data related to inventory turnover. Including collaboration with other teams to ensure inventory accuracy and finding opportunities to improve inventory management processesReview, analyze and challenge the purchase requisitions and internal demands issued by the various R&D groupsBuild strong partnerships with the R&D teams and other supporting organizations in the Company to align engineering requirements, provide insightful business dashboards, and report on key engineering mattersConduct a comprehensive financial analysis of actual spending to identify trends, areas for investment, and opportunities for optimizing investments. Analyzing financial data, supervising expenditures, comparing actual and forecasted expenses, and summarizing spending patterns to support forecasting and enhance efficiency in handling operational and capital expenses.What we need to see:A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics from a premier educational institutionGood foundation in Finance and relevant coursework in business financial planning, analysis, modeling, and forecastingDeep understanding on industry technology, cost structure, and market dynamics in areas directly related to NVIDIA’s products, research, and development.Good analytical skills and sophisticated financial modeling techniques, with ability to build and convey business insight.
