Enterprise customers demand high quality and differentiated service options, and timely service response to meet their business demands. Our team owns the Enterprise Service portfolio of service products, service tools, enablement training and metrics globally to support our worldwide Enterprise Customers. We are also responsible to identify and own the service pipeline, which includes services that are currently being planned or crafted. You will lead a significant portion of this portfolio, driving it as a business including publishing status, metrics and service transition planning. Additionally, we deliver competitive analysis supporting the service catalog, which reflects existing services available to end users and/or partners, as well as retired services, which are formerly available services which have been taken out of active deployment.What you will deliver:Develop service products by identifying potential service offerings, generating requirements and specifications, inclusive of services pricing as well as competitive service benchmarking.Define Service New Product Introduction processes, strategy, service requirements and policy development for Cloud services.Improvement(s) of services adoption, renewal rate increase and end user happiness and net promoter score increase will be how you measure success in this role.Go to market of DGX Cloud services via CSP marketplaces and partners.Responsible for structuring partner support programs for CSP tier-1 support teams.What we need to see:8+ years relevant work experience required.Significant experience in multifaceted field organizationBachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience), masters preferred in business and/or technical fieldSignificant experience balancing multiple, key and services initiatives in parallelDetailed understanding of Service Structures, Service Operations and Routes to MarketDeep understanding of channel strategy, management and development of service partners, including all aspects of delivery, operations and process design improvementExtensive experience in design and delivering appropriate systems and enablement requirements in support of service initiativesInteractive, engaged both internally and externally across sales, service and operations teams, and with global partner community Results driven, capable of working in both a strategic and tactical environment, with ability to influence at all levels of the service businessWays to stand out from the crowd:Prior experience and certifications with CSPs (AWS, Microsoft Azure, GCP or OCI) are preferredGood track record in leading multi-functional teams, driving and delivering business critical service initiativesExcellent communications and presentation skills, highly analytical and detail orientedAbility to be actively engaged, work in areas that may be outside of the standard job scope.NVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers.
