We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join our Finance-FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) team supporting the Company’s manufacturing operations, analytics, and reporting. As part of NVIDIA's Finance organization, the overarching responsibilities will be to build and establish partnerships with Operations, Finance, and IT teams to strategically analyze product cost, inventory, and supply and to provide reliable and relevant information to improve Company’s financial performance. This is a role for an individual who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and who has superb communication and interpersonal skills.What you’ll be doingCollaborate with Finance, IT, and other key business operations of the Company in SAP Finance projects and system improvements impacting costing processes, including defining requirements, crafting system solutions, testing, and implementation.Investigate and resolve business process and system application problems.Support cost accounting automated processes execution during monthly and quarter-close related to production orders, and material ledger with actual costing, Accounting, and SOX compliance controls and processes, including variance analysis, account reconciliations, and policy documentation as neededTrain other team members in finance-related technologies and processes, serving as an IT guide.Design test plans, and test scenarios, validate test data, and document test results on Costing related maintenance, continuous improvements, and transformation initiatives.SAP system support during systems integrations through acquisitions, SAP system upgrades as well as the ongoing S/4 HANA implementation.Identify and support continuous process improvements for increased efficiency of leading data for analysis and system automation opportunities to support Monthly/Quarterly Close, Inventory Forecast cycles, and AuditWhat we need to see:BS/BA in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience), MBA or advanced degree in Accounting or Finance a plus.At least 5 years of hands-on experience in ERP Finance and controlling solution design, configuration, and implementation. Good understanding of the integration of Finance with other modules. Deep understanding of manufacturing operations, inventory, and cost accounting.Experience with process design & requirements gathering.Experienced with financial modeling and analysis with the ability to build and convey business insight.Ability to multi-task, and work independently and to identify and tackle problems enthusiastically and clearly identify key issues of importance for resolution.Good interpersonal communication both written and verbal, skills, including bridging communication between Finance, Operations, and Information Technology communities.Ways to stand out from the crowd:Strong financial and manufacturing knowledge with semiconductor experience.Solid ability to drive continuous improvement of systems and processes.A confident, self-motivated, and upbeat individual with the highest degree of ethics.Flexible to new ways of working which may require some learning but will make you a successful teammate.Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.Experience with MS Office, MS Access, Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, Power Query, and SAP Analysis for Office (AO) is a plus.NVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers.
