We are looking for a technical Developer Relations Manager for NVIDIA’s Retail vertical focused on building the most comprehensive Computer Vision Retail ecosystem that helps retailers bring AI intelligence to their stores and distribution centers! NVIDIA’s retail team is searching for a Technical Developer Relations Manager to identify and engage with startups that use Computer Vision and Video Analytics to build AI applications for Retail stores and distribution centers. This “Intelligent Store & Distribution Centers” market segment represents a $4B market opportunity for NVIDIA and is the fastest growing AI market segment for NVIDIA Retail team. This role technically engages with startups to help them leverage the Metropolis Application Framework for Video analytics, Triton Inference Server, and Deep Stream SDK to GPU-accelerate their AI applications. In addition, the role would technically advise startups on the benefits of the IGX Edge platform for secure deployment of CV applications at the Edge. This role will also engage with very select group of supply chain software partners who are using Machine learning to develop their AI applications.You will also increase NVIDIA’s TAM by developing business strategies with your partners to build market demand. You should have a proven understanding of GPU-accelerated computing, including artificial intelligence, deep learning, and computer vision including the knowledge of underlying software and hardware architectures. In addition, you should have a solid understanding of instantaneous, high-throughput AI technologies, use cases, and how they are deployed. You will be working to implement the NVIDIA Retail growth strategies and help execute the Retail GTM with the ecosystem you are building.What You'll Be Doing: Be the company leader for building the Retail & QSR IVA and ecosystem partnerships with startups that provide ground-breaking retail solutions for stores and fast-food restaurants. Track and prioritize startups that are not yet optimized on GPUs.Technically engage with these startups to help them improve the performance of their applications using the Metropolis Application Framework for Video analytics, Triton Inference Server and Deep Stream SDK to GPU-accelerate their AI applications.Develop a joint solution stack of partner’s software and NVIDIA’s GPUs and acceleration software that provides a differentiated solution to our customers.Collaborate with solution architects to develop the benchmarks to measure the performance increase of partners applications on NVIDIA GPUsHelp the developer understand how NVIDIA’s GPUs and software stack can speed their development and help their customers, therefore making our developers and partners more successful.Help startups certify their applications in the Metropolis Lab to become the preferred GTM ISV for Retail team and scale revenue through OEMs and GSIs.Certify partner solutions by evaluating performance scaling across NVIDIA GPU systems and verifying support of functionality across the latest NVIDIA SDK and platform software.Build formal or informal programs to connect developers to our product teams.Identify gaps and competitive threats.What We Need To See:BS in a relevant engineering field or equivalent experience10+ years proven experience in high-tech industry in a technical alliance manager or data science role.Experience with development solutions created in Python, C++, and Linux.In-depth knowledge of computer vision is a must. Understanding of computer vision algorithms, such as object detection/classification, segmentation, embeddings, the training process of deep learning solutions, and the structure of modern deep learning models (transformer-based architectures.)Knowledge of ML and data science especially with Spark is a plus.Experience with computer vision: Deep Learning frameworks (Tensorflow, PyTorch, etc.).Work on the core source code of Company’s products and identify, reproduce, and fix issues that are affecting our developers.Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd:Advanced degree in engineering or computer science.Familiarity with deep learning frameworks, such as OpenCV, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.Experience with container ecosystem for development and deployment: Docker, PodMan, Kubernetes.Expertise in performance evaluation, profiling tools, and optimization techniques.Background with cloud computing platforms, such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure.Exposure to IoT/messaging frameworks such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, MQTT.Experience in the cloud native/Kubernetes ecosystem.NVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers.
