If you already have a Candidate Account, please Sign-In before you apply.Job Description:The PSA position is responsible for quickly and positively driving Regional-level Partner revenue by enabling the Partner company’s nominated resources to build the functional role-based capabilities that are required for success in the marketplace. The PSA will guide the Partner company’s nominated resources to effectively position Broadcom solutions to their clients by developing best practices at a Sales, Pre-Sales, Implementation, and Support level. The end goal of these activities is to positively impact the Customer’s perceived value of their relationships with the Partner company and with Broadcom software.•    Drive the functional role capability development and certification as per program requirements and business plans•    Directly influence Partner revenue target attainment as it relates to architected solutions •    Possess trusted relationships with Partner SMEs to provide sales and technical perspective in order to influence a Broadcom architectural solution•    Provide the Partner with Broadcom and industry knowledge by relating real-world experiences and maintaining industry-recognized certifications. •    Possess a strong knowledge of the functionality, value proposition, and benefits of Broadcom Software products•    Increase Partner satisfaction with the company by helping them attain architectural skills, achieve incremental business, and improve their customer satisfaction.    •    Act as trusted advisor for multi-brand and profile partners in order to positively influence opportunities and pipeline creation•    Work closely with Broadcom Pre-Sales, Services, and Support teams to develop Partner self-sufficiency and eliminate Partner dependency on these teams•    Identify opportunities for additional solutions / Partner value•    Provide direction and input into: o    Partner requirements as they relate to specific domain capabilities o    Evaluation of enablement/training needs o    Joint business plans, including enablement, joint marketing, sales and business development, and KPIs o    Partner training and certification #LI-RemoteBroadcom is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.  We will consider qualified applicants without regard to race, color, creed, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, citizenship, disability status, medical condition, pregnancy, protected veteran status or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local law.  We will also consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records consistent with local law.If you are located outside USA, please be sure to fill out a home address as this will be used for future correspondence.
