You will work on a range of complex and fun problems and will be responsible for delivering the best-in-class product. We believe it makes us, our software, and our experiences better.Essential FunctionsLead product development through entire lifecycle: ideation, specification, development, release, and iteration. Define, test, and validate innovative solutions in R&D phases through user testing, PoCs, etc.Track evolving Networking trends, and competitor activity, and develop a nuanced understanding of user workflows and pain points.Build strong partnerships with internal product, technology, marketing, and sales teams to scope, define, and execute new product developmentSpecify market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by ongoing customer and prospect interaction, working with customer support, and analyzing competitive intelligenceEnsure smooth implementation of products and services through project management and account teams.Driving a solution set across engineering teams within Agile Scrum framework.Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute.Act as the voice of the customer to deliver the delightful user experience.Position requires travel to conferences, trade events, remote team sites and customer locations (up to 25%)Skills & KnowledgeExcellent communication skills (verbal and written);Ability to exercise tact and good interpersonal skillsGroup facilitation skillsTime management skills and analytical skillsAbility to be proactive with a sense of urgencyBe a self-starter, a highly motivated person able to work in a fast-paced changing environmentCompetenciesNetworking domain expertise (Must have)Product ManagementCustomer/Client FocusCommunication ProficiencyCollaboration SkillsProblem SolvingStrategic ThinkingQualificationsBachelor’s degree required; major in engineering, computer science preferred.
