We are looking for a Service Operation IP Analyst to join our Shared services team in EP validation in Belgrade. We would love to speak with you if you you’re interested in learning more about the magnificent industry of intellectual property.About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments  University degree (Bachelor’s/Master’s) in relevant subject (Law, Business Administration, IP, etc.)Minimum B2 level of English1 year of experience working in Microsoft Office suiteIt would be great if you also had . . .  Excellent writing, presentation, and overall communication skillsWorking experience in Customer Support and administrative tasksExcellent organization and prioritization skills in order to meet internal and official deadlinesGood analytical skills and attention to detailExcellent communication skills and strong team playerWhat will you be doing in this role? Analyzing the incoming executed IP Forms and supplying them to suppliers or patent offices while respecting the legal requirements and official deadlines of the targeted jurisdictions, escalation policy, customer specificities, internal procedures & templates, quality standards and KPI’s.Communicating via e-mails and phone calls with customers and suppliers in a pro-active and customer-oriented mind-set to process efficiently the required Forms, while respecting the internal communication and complaint policy, customer specificities, internal procedures & templates, quality standards and KPI’s. Processing quality checks to secure the quality of the deliveries according to internal procedures.Monitoring the reception of required Forms by pro-active follow-up and reminders to customers to meet the official deadlines required by jurisdiction.Participating in continuous improvements by collaborating in quality or project related initiatives, as well as in creating an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture and a team spirit by training, assisting and monitoring new colleagues.About the Team   Shared services team in EP validation. covers various tasks: Treating translations, Word Count task, Post validation documents, AFS reminders and Formality tasks. The team handles more than 5000 tasks per month.
