As a Partner in our Market Access, Commercial Strategy and New Product Planning practice, you will serve as a critical member of the internal leadership team and play a leading and vital role on client engagements and firm initiatives. You will work across our life sciences consulting practice or specialize in one or more of the following domain areas: Pricing & Market Access, Commercial Strategy and New Product Planning.Leveraging your ability to generate project revenue and actively manage key account relationships, you will be responsible for growing the consulting practice by generating new business and building trusted advisory relationships with key stakeholders. You will be expected to interact with senior client executives to identify and sell sizeable consulting projects and lead internal teams in delivering the work, as part of our “seller-doer” model. In addition, you will share in the responsibility of managing the business and staff, while creating their own intellectual capital.About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishmentsBA/BS in a life science or business-related field10+ years of combined experience in market research and consulting, of which at least 5 years have been as a senior client facing management consultant.Specialization in US Market AccessExtensive project management experience across small-medium-large sized project/case teams, and a range of project scopes and sizes (i.e., $50K to $1M+)Strong working knowledge of at least 2 to 3 high-interest therapy areas such as rare diseases, oncology, neurology, diabetes, auto-immune disease, and metabolismExperience working in an international environment which includes the US and EuropeIt would be great if you also have . . .MS/MPH/MBA/PhDExtensive rolodex with a minimum of 75+ client relationshipsProven ability to generate project revenue and actively manage key account relationshipsExperience and ability to hire, lead, coach and mentor multiple direct reportsThe ability to generate at least $3M in annual single count revenue by maintaining existing clients and actively opening new accountsStay abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to our clients’ businessesWhat will you be doing in this role?Support project planning and execution by overseeing project managers to ensure quality delivery on client commitments, needs and objectives, as well as managing project cost structure and margin when needed.
