We are looking for someone with creative flair, understand the gaming industry, and an ability to work in a matrix organization.Coordinate with internal marketing teams globally to develop and execute digital events, include program/content planning, project, vendors and budget management Develop and reinforce Razer’s social and livestreaming strategy and calendar, best practices and playbook for the organization Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive strong attendance, viewership and engagement for Razer’s digital/livestreaming eventsWork with agencies and creative team to ensure timely delivery of event assetsManage the digital events and livestreaming calendar closely with the social media team.Work with different key internal stakeholders to drive traffic to digital/livestreaming events Monitor and analyze event results and optimize Razer-branded online events and livestreaming channels to drive impactful results.Coordinate any internal setups to produce livestream contentScout for and review potential partnerships (influencers, speakers, and sponsorship opportunities), complementary to digital eventsEnsure that digital events and livestreaming campaigns and results meet objectives and budgetPre-Requisites :Degree in relevant discipline such as Communications, Marketing, Events Management, with minimum 5 years of relevant work experienceExperience in running both online and offline events Experience in livestreaming and its accompanying software (such as OBS, XSplit) and knowledge of other relevant digital broadcasting technical stacks preferred Understanding of social media and livestreaming best practices, online marketing and engagement techniques Have a good eye for creative content, and the ability to spot emerging social trends and identify gaming/pop-cultural references Team oriented, ability to work in a matrix organization, effectively and autonomouslyUnderstand the gaming industry and is a gamer Are you game?
