We, the eBay CRM (Customer Relationship Management) team are looking for an e-Learning, Communication & Adoption Manager who will manage and develop our global e-learning content and communication strategy for our Salesforce© CRM users.At eBay, you will be part of a purpose-driven community dedicated to creating an ambitious and versatile work environment. If you are looking for a special place to take your career to the next level, then we want to talk with you.   Key responsibilities:Work closely with relevant stakeholders to design training roadmaps and support structure to support end-user adoptionCollaborate with Product Owners and development team to understand current and new functionalities released each sprintDesign a communications plan to drive adoptionTranslate technicalities of the system to business-friendly end-user communicationPlan and manage timely communications and engagement with end user to drive adoption of new functionalities and enforce knowledge of existing buildPlan and manage trainings / new release webinars for various end-user groupsPrepare training materials and instructional videosDevelop user learning objectives, and produce learning curricula and storyboardsOwn, develop and maintain e-Learning content library (My Trailhead)Manage internal global communication channels, such as Slack and Salesforce On-Screen GuidancePrepare user adoption surveys and reportsCoach and facilitate champion users across various teams to enhance their successWork closely with stakeholders to help them understand systemic issues, getting feedback and support for improvement initiativesRequirements:University degree or experience in the fields of communication, marketing, training, e-learning or public relationsThree to five years of relevant professional experience, primarily in internal corporate communications, training, e-learning content design as well as change management projectsExpertise in image and video creationFirst Experience managing content for a Learning Management System (LMS) e.g. My Trailhead, Cornerstone etc.Ability to prepare complex facts in an understandable way and to convey them to the target groupExperience conducting end-user trainingsKnowledge of principles and methodologies of change managementFirst Experience with Salesforce CRM (Customer Relationship Management) is beneficialAny Salesforce certification is a plusExcellent interpersonal skills, verbal, and written communication in EnglishGoal-oriented way of working with strong customer focusPassion for technology and innovationSelf-driven and proactive natureExcellent stakeholder management skillsStrong organizational skillsExperience of working in an agile environment#LI-MD2Benefits are an essential part of your total compensation for the work you do every day.
