The teams behind our powerful e-commerce platform are forward thinking, customer-led individuals who are always thinking big and collaborating to take the customer experience to the Next level.About the TeamThis exciting opening will support the Collectables & Toys category strategy by working with strategically important sellers, brands and retailers, as well as supporting our private sellers, to ensure that eBay has the inventory to continue to grow this area whilst being accountable for the operational and commercial success of the overall seller portfolio and the wider category.ResponsibilitiesBring category and market expertise to help set the strategy and vision for the Toys & Comics categoriesSelection Strategy - Responsible for building an assortment plan optimising against pricing, promotions, selection goals, while improving discoverability and search ability through merchandising and marketing to optimise GMV and Buyer Satisfaction, while monitoring competitors in a fast-paced environmentSeller Support – develop strong relationships with strategic sellers necessary to source inventory through setting seller success plans to support account growth as well as recruit new sellers to the platformProduct - Partner with the product team & Global Business Unit to design and launch innovative features supporting the business, including contributing to BRD’s, feature ideation and research validation necessary to deliver a best-in-class experienceMarketing - Partner closely with the marketing, site merchandising, PR, and social teams to design impactful marketing campaigns both onsite and offsite that drive consideration, traffic, and conversion for the category while building brandBe the voice to the Toys & Comics category and bring excitement to our internal and external communitiesRequirementsWe would love to hear from you if you have experience within the Toys and/or Comics market.
