You will be responsible for ensuring your team achieve or exceed quarterly targets on key business metrics like GMV and Net Revenue Penetration.You will use a key partnership approach to ensure the UK Ads Growth team stay at the forefront of tool developments (HIVE) and also optimise our go to market strategy to maximise our impact to our seller base. You will be accountable to bring new insight and growth opportunities to the leadership team with proven case studies and examples of success.You will develop trusted and deep relationships with our Business Unit partners. You will be best in class when it comes to partner management, ensuring that you deliver on all expectations and timelines for team and performance reporting and keeping our BU updated on relevant trends and customer insights.You must manage complexity well, be proficient at analysing information while thoughtfully weighing options and solutions before implementing actions plans to drive team, customer, and process improvements. Personal drive and determination to achieve results is extremely important to the success of this role along with a high competency to be able to work within an extremely fast paced and dynamic environment.Core Duties:Deliver weekly reporting cadence for your group and or wider Ads Growth teamCreate an environment oriented to trust, open communication, creative thinking, and cohesive team effortProvide status reporting of team critical metrics against the program plan or workstreamRecognise and celebrate team and team member accomplishments and exceptional performanceMaintain an excellent level of teamwork by incorporating a positive attitude, being supportive in words and actions, embodying the core values of eBayLead hiring process & support on-boarding of new teammates, coach existing teammates as needed on process and policy and perform developmental tasks as necessaryLead on new programs and pilots as directed by the UK Business Units teams across key B2C segments to help seller growth and improve customer engagementLead and encourage active collaboration with the Global GCX Ads organisation to improve and optimise team performanceLead on providing upward feedback to the UK BU and GCX leadership team on outreach activity, BoB performance and any ongoing projectsResponsible for reaching goals/objectives within their team, actively driving personal development & skills acquisition, coaching as requiredMaintain healthy group dynamicsAdminister disciplinary actions according to HR policies.
