Then, come speak with us!Role SummaryPerform the required KYC screening and reviews by documenting and corroborating the information obtained on eBay member as required by the KYC procedures using a variety of independent research sources.Collaborate with internal and external partners as directed.Awareness of regulatory requirements in AML/KYC and other compliance due diligence functions.Ability to work independently with direction from leadership while maintaining quality standards.Assist in issue resolution and communication with guidance from leadership.Resolve AML/KYC referrals from external payment advisors/vendorsResolve eBay member account issues including reviewing appropriate documentation and ensuring compliance requirements are met.Collaborate with other team members and managers to provide input on policies and procedures and other initiatives.Update and review forms according to local regulation requirements and work with Compliance Operations to expedite documentation reviews, providing clarification as needed.Follow up with customers to ensure information is received by the due date.Ensure all tasks are driven in compliance with our policies and regulations.You will:Identify Trends and provide feedback to your leadership.Review sensitive information such as drivers licenses, Passports, and bank statements.Remember to keep all private information safe and protected.Maintain a positive, professional, and Safe environment for yourself and your peers around you.Communicate with peers and leadership in a positive professional manor.Help build each other up and offer assistance to peersIf you notice any issues, standard escalation process should be followed and notification to leader/managers.Be open to new projects assigned to us.Review QA Cases weekly to agree or disagree with results.You are:Responsible to make sure work is completed within Service Level and actively drive improvement.Able to gather data using internal and external tools then interpret to assess risk.Available to adjust schedule hours based on business needs.Business minded.
