If you believe in business as the greatest platform for change and in companies doing well and doing good– you’ve come to the right place.We are seeking a dynamic, digital expert, Head of Northern Europe Field Marketing to lead all marketing functions in Northern Europe (Benelux, Nordics), one of the fastest-growing markets for Salesforce. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving and building the strategic plan for this meaningful and significant region, creating the right go-to-market initiatives to continue rapid market expansion and growth.Lead all aspects of Salesforce marketing across all countries, including the execution of the go-to-market strategy, coordinating all elements of an integrated, regional marketing program, including brand awareness, solution, and industry campaigns, events, customer references, and digital marketing.Work closely with the country leadership team and sales teams across the region to build visibility around pipeline progress, as well as improvement programs.Lead and grow a strong marketing team, ensuring that they are aligned with the overall marketing strategy and delivering high-quality campaignsDevelop and evolve a comprehensive marketing plan for the region in conjunction with country and international Marketing stakeholders as well as sales and product leadership. Ensure the efficient management of the marketing budget, focusing on careful prioritization of efforts.Develop and implement customer-driven, prioritized campaigns to increase customer demand, sales, and positively impact Salesforce brand awareness and momentum.Build compelling and differentiated messaging by industry, thread that messaging through all marketing tactics, and develop audience-specific content from the top to the bottom of the funnel.Innovate to deliver the right portfolio of physical and virtual events to drive maximum impact.Develop a data-driven digital strategy that drives our pipeline, ACV, and Trailblazer goals.Drive product and solution initiatives and new product introductions into the region, setting and measuring performance against objectives.Act as a spokesperson at Salesforce, industry events, and with media industry analysts, partners, customers, and other key audiences for company positioning and messaging.Experience/skills required:Proven experience in B2B field marketing, with at least 5+ years in a management/leadership roleKnowledge of the Northern Europe market and experience working in a multi-cultural environmentExtensive and deep multi-discipline marketing experience bringing in disruptive tactics that differentiate usDigital marketing expertConsistent record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and driving business growth.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organizationSelf-starter and possess excellent leadership skillsA real evangelist is someone who is passionate about marketing and can energize people around themStrong presentation skills, with the ability to address both executive and technical-level audiencesStrong leadership and people management skills, with experience leading teams remotelyBenefits & perks:We have a public-facing website https://www.getsalesforcebenefits.com that explains our various benefits, including wellbeing reimbursement, generous parental leave, 56 hour Volunteering, pension, and more.
