You can even have a free trial to check it out 😊   About the role As a Engineering Manager you will promote a culture of collaboration and innovation leading to success. Your teams will span multiple locations and are expected to grow quickly throughout the coming year. Take a proactive approach to improving the entire software development life-cycle. Leverage Agile best practices to manage the delivery of software through continuous deployment, integration and test-driven development. Coach and grow your engineers to reach their full potential. Collaborate cross-functionally, building relationships to deliver on company goals. Work effectively with product managers, engineers and leadership to grow your team and most effectively meet aggressive business outcomes. Determine processes and metrics to ensure products are market ready. We are looking for you if you have: 5+ years managing software development scrum teams. Experience in SaaS based company with a multi-site teams preferred. Software development experience and ability to coach others. Ability to turn high level requirements into actionable plans with projected target dates. Ability to work closely with peers in other functions including support, product, and sales. Experience building and releasing C++ Windows desktop applications. Experience scaling teams across multiple regions. English on at least B2 level.
