About the role
Are you an experienced marketer with a can-do attitude looking to join a fast-paced and growing team? Have you ever worked for a unicorn-valued company? Intrigued by hot industry topics like machine learning, performance marketing, and retail media?
We are looking for an Associate Marketing Manager to support full funnel marketing programs in Korea. Working with the marketing team in Seoul and reporting to the Head of Marketing for Korea and Japan you’ll contribute to our success by implementing initiatives across functional areas like events, digital, content and public relations.
Here’s what you’ll be working on:
Run B2B digital marketing campaigns on Naver from campaign setup, monitoring, optimization to tracking and reporting
Coordinate and execute marketing and partnership events, including overseeing logistics, driving promotions, managing registrations, coordinating with vendors, managing marketing collateral and swag
Work with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute content for websites, emails, social channels and paid media.
Evaluate and monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis by analyzing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports
Transcreation of global materials for local target audience
Create, develop, promote local success stories and assist in globalization
Conduct research to analyze competitive landscape, market trends and customer behavior and preparing reports by collecting, summarizing and analyzing data
Drive operational efficiency
Here is what you need to succeed (Experience & Qualifications):
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field
2+ years of experience in B2B marketing
Firm grasp on various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social, digital, and email marketing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as outstanding copywriting and proofreading skills in Korean and English
Must have strong organizational and documentation skills, and project management skills, as well as attention to detail
Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
Must have strong analytical skills to analyze metrics and create reports
Must have a high level of creativity and customer centric mind
Flexibility to work across different time zones around the globe
