The Challenge
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Technology Manager. This role’s core responsibility would be improving our marketing lead management processes - building technology and adapting betting operational processes - to increase lead conversion and drive better top of funnel pipeline .
Your Mission
Day to day operations of lead management technology, including hands on build work, troubleshooting and responding to issue tickets.
Reviewing requests for new technology, determining the level of effort to implement and providing recommendations on Manage the marketing technology roadmap; reviewing requests from the team and providing recommendations for new tech to support business goals
Managing tech implementation projects. You’d be the main person “running” the project, ensuring the solution will meet the business goals, and delivering the project on time.
Meeting with other operations teams to stay up to date on our go to market system architecture
Implement lead routing, enrichment and chat bot tools, and once implemented own day to day management of the tools in partnership with sales
With guidance from Marketing Ops leadership, you’d own the marketing technology roadmap. You’d determine process improvements and technology needed to set the business up for scalable growth.
Accountable for adopting automation to decrease speed from lead intake to sales handoff, to help drive top of funnel pipeline conversion
Project management and communication to leadership on priority projects
Work cross functionally with Marketing and Sales to drive operational changes to improve the marketing to sales handoff process, delivering leads quicker
You Are
Proven understanding of the B2B lead funnel and strategies to improve lead conversion
A strong understanding of, and experience in operationally supporting demand generation efforts and lead to revenue processes and delivering these insights to executives
Past solution architecture experience – proven understanding how technology and processes work together to drive business impact
Flexible, adaptable and a critical thinker – the organization is going through a lot of change. Some solutions may not be feasible now, but this person should be able to think critically and creatively to move the needle forward
Highly organized with an interest and curiosity for crafting efficiencies that further streamline processes
Strong project management skills – ability to manage and communicate project status, tasks and goals
Ability to interpret feedback, pivot when necessary, collaborate often, and justify creative decisions anchored in a strong understanding of project and client requirements verses personal style or preference
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for marketing technology best practices
Candidates should be strategic, innovative, detail-oriented and resourceful
You are experience
12+ years experience implementing or managing Marketo (preferred), Eloqua or HubSpot
Experience working with Salesforce.com
Experience managing or working with chat, tools such as Drift
Experience managing or working with enrichment, tools such as ZoomInfo
Experience managing or working with routing tools, such as RingLead or LeanData
Demonstrated success implementing programs that have increased sales leads and pipeline and velocity

Marketo Certification (MCSA, MCE)
Lead scoring/nurturing/marketing automation experience in a fast-paced, environment

Within this range, individual pay is determined by several factors, including location, job-related skills, work experience, and relevant education and/or training. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, equity, and/or commissions, as well as benefits. Salary Range $139,600 — $209,388 USD
