Principal Partner Enablement Manager - EMEA   As a Partner Enablement Leader, you will work with the broader channel team and other regions enablement managers to execute and maintain partner enablement programs for Smartsheet Aligned Partners.  Being a subject matter expert on Smartsheet core and advanced products is an absolute must as our partners will recognise you as a technical resource for their success. You’ll use that expertise to create and deliver a programmatic approach to upskilling our partner ecosystem’s sales, product and professional services delivery skills.    Job Responsibilities: Support the Global Channel Program Lead in enabling and executing the Aligned Partner Program (e.g., support data collection, process execution and reporting) Execute and manage the Partner Enablement program regionally and work with all key stakeholders to ensure the success of the program Work cross functionally to build partner competency and skills via instructor led and web based training programs.  Facilitate learning sessions, including live in person content delivery,  covering a broad range of Smartsheet content: Product, Technical, Use Case, Target Personas, How to Sell, Services Delivery Methodology and Program Enablement. Experience maintaining audience energy level with live and virtual events. Ease with multi-hour presentation formats.  Support Channel Account Managers during new partner recruitment cycles with product demos, API details, other core and advanced product expertise during new partner recruitment meetings with prospect partners.    Grade partner exams and challenges for pass/fail of Smartsheet proficiency across product, sales and solutions/implementation services accreditations.   Manage content in our partner relationship management tool to drive ongoing engagement and relevant information share to our partner ecosystem. Build strong cross-functional relationships to achieve channel objectives and share best-practices across the partner ecosystem Work closely with internal teams to ensure partner success across the Smartsheet domain (i.e., partner with internal learning and content owners, operational excellence, channel operations, marketing resources and sales teams) Guide partners with their Solution Builds. Assist partners to overcome technical build obstacles to achieve successful client outcomes.  Requirements: UK or Germany based Experience with a services-centric partner community in B2B Software (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, others)  Understanding of enterprise software Professional Services practice economics  Passion for working with leading edge, web-based technologies and a desire to deeply understand Smartsheet’s benefits, use cases, and business and technical elements 3-5 years of experience in a technical field (e.g., consulting, software technical support, training, customer success, etc.) Demonstrated ability to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic and high growth technology environment High level of motivation, self-starter, excellent at follow-up, team-player with ability to deliver within defined timelines Proven ability to drive projects from concept through completion with minimal guidance Strong communication & presentation skills (written, and verbal)  with the ability to explain technical subjects to non-technical audiences  in large enterprises Strong desire for German and/or French language skills Willing to travel (up to 25%) based on business need Significant Experience using Smartsheet, Google G Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, or other comparable applications Special Consideration for experience with Partners, Project/Program Management, and/or APIs Perks & Benefits: Employer-paid Private Medical and Dental, additional cost for family members Lucrative Employee Stock Purchase Program (15% discount) Monthly contributions toward your pension Monthly stipend to support your work and productivity 25 days paid for Holiday + 8 Bank Holidays + Flexible Time Away Program 20 weeks fully paid Maternity Leave 12 weeks fully paid Paternity/Adoption Leave Personal paid Volunteer Day to support our community Opportunities for professional growth and development including access to LinkedIn Learning online courses Company Funded Perks including a counseling membership, salary sacrifice options, commuter discounts, and your own personal Smartsheet account.
