Dialpad is looking for a SMB Campaign Manager to join and become a key member of the SMB Demand Generation Marketing  team. You will be directly contributing to the growth of our business by creating, coordinating, and executing on compelling go-to-market campaign motions along with running direct lead generation programs. Your role As a Sr. Campaign Manager, you thrive at building modern and engaging campaigns that stick out from the crowd. You will be responsible for working with the broader marketing team to execute SMB demand generation campaigns and programs, including integrated campaign planning, requesting content  and creative deliverables, vendor and budget management, Sales handoff and training, reporting, analysis, and providing recommendations based on learnings.  What you’ll do Partner with SMB Leadership to drive incremental new business revenue through our Very Small, Small, and Medium Business Sales teams.  Oversee and coordinate demand programs and integrated campaigns that drive performance, efficiency, and overall demand to our SMB business. Coordinate campaign elements, including but not limited to content, messaging, creative, targeting, vendor management, execution, and sales enablement needs. Analyze the performance of campaigns and lead sources and optimize accordingly across all campaign elements. Partner with operations to ensure campaign and program execution works as planned.  Work closely with the Lifecycle team to ensure there are strong nurture programs against SMB leads to maximize engagement and conversions. Establish weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting to bring back timely insights to the broader team, make fast investment shift decisions, and evaluate overall ROI on programs and campaigns. Identify opportunities to continuously scale and iterate on existing high performing programs and campaigns. Continuously test new lead sources and campaigns and make quick judgements based on results.  Skills you’ll bring BA/BS or equivalent experience 5 years experience in a marketing role supporting revenue generation Top-notch verbal and written communication skills, able to flawlessly transition between conversations with operations, business development, and marketing teams Experience with using Salesforce.com CRM Strong organizational and project management skills required to manage a high volume of concurrent requests while maintaining quality Enthusiasm for cross-functional and collaborative work, comfortable interfacing with multiple stakeholders Team player with a sincere drive to see your campaigns succeed Self-sufficient, can complete project requests independently when needed Dialpad benefits and perks Equity, balance, and belonging At Dialpad, we strive to ensure that Dialers are free to bring their full selves to work each day, and champion the intersectionality that exists between gender identity, ethnicity, age, disability status, and the many other aspects of our greater humanity.
