Job Requisition ID #23WD69843Position Overview  Opportunity to lead a multi-disciplinary Sales Account team and develop long-term business relationships helping Autodesk most important customers reach their business goals with our innovative software solutions. This direct sales role will be based in Sweden, working with key customers in the Manufacturing industry as well as in Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC). Customers are often global so work is carried out both domestically and internationally.As part of our company aim to increase diversity, we would particularly appreciate applications from female and underrepresented group candidates – even if you don’t fulfil all the criteria, please apply we’d love to hear from you.ResponsibilitiesDevelop strong, long-term and influential business relationships within assigned customers, communicating at all levels (internally and externally) including C-levelAchieve revenue and consumption growth-targetsLead and inspire the broad Autodesk account team (overlay sales, consumption-expansion sales, technical sales, inside sales, customer success management, support, business development, consulting, account-based marketing, finance partners, legal partners, etc), and collaborate with customers and partnersAct as a trusted advisor, identify and communicate business value that link our solutions customer business needNegotiate customer agreementsDevelop, communicate and execute on account plan and sales strategyForecast revenue and build expansion pipeline within the assigned account(s)Minimum QualificationsA proven enterprise software sales track record, carrying a quota and managing major accountsStrong sales process and account planning skills (TAS, Value Based Selling etc.)Proven ability to develop executive business relationships within key accountsExperience in leading/orchestrating a team in a matrix organizationComplex deal negotiation experience (Enterprise Business Agreements)Business fluency and excellent communication skillsWritten and verbal fluency in Swedish and EnglishAbility to travel internationally as well as domesticallyPreferred QualificationsSaaS / cloud sales experience highly desired#LI-SH1At Autodesk, we're building a diverse workplace and an inclusive culture to give more people the chance to imagine, design, and make a better world.
