Job Requisition ID #23WD69881Position Overview  Technical Account Specialists (TAS) help our Enterprise Customers get more out of their Autodesk Software by holding workshops and being trusted advisors.The TAS is the first point of contact for all things technical concerning Autodesk Inventor software and will have to back up from other TAS colleagues on software that you don't specialise in. The successful candidate will work closely with high-profile customers in the manufacturing space, including everything from bearings to battleships.You will join the Customer Technical Success (CTS) group and work closely with other departments, such as Technical Support, to provide a premium experience for our customers.ResponsibilitiesLead discovery calls to help understand customer workflows and needsDeliver technically driven presentations to explain precisely how tools and environments work in Inventor softwareCreate or customise presentations based on what users want to learn aboutEstablish and maintain working relationships with customers as a trusted technical advisorReport on the status of open support tickets and notify your accounts of upcoming events in regular support callsOther activities include regular internal account team meetings and customer support callsMinimum Qualifications  Advanced knowledge of Autodesk InventorAwareness of industry needs, workflows and future trendsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in design or engineering5 – 6 years of Product Design or Manufacturing field experienceStrong troubleshooting and analytical skillsFluency in EnglishConfident in speaking to customers and presentingExcellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey complex technical details coherently to a live or virtual audienceTeam player who enjoys supporting and interacting with other members of a shared responsibility teamProactive approach, where initiative it's taken instead of waiting for work to present itselfMust be flexible, decisive, self-motivated and proactiveAble to manage several projects at a time, setting the right prioritiesDemonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customersDemonstrated motivation to learn new skills and technologiesPreferred QualificationsAny other different European language is a plus.Experience in the use of Autodesk Vault or a similar Data Management systemExperience with iLogic, simulation, Fusion, AutoCAD Mechanical, or any other Autodesk product is a plus but not requiredTechnical consulting experience would be advantageous#LI-FB1At Autodesk, we're building a diverse workplace and an inclusive culture to give more people the chance to imagine, design, and make a better world.
