Job Requisition ID #23WD69867Position OverviewAutodesk is looking for a Construction Partner Success Manager to support our channel partner network for scaling our Autodesk Construction Cloud through the partner ecosystem. The role will span high-level strategy creation to aspects of everyday partner program development and execution. You will work closely with a partner specialist team to support sales success of Partners, Operations and Sales teams to scale business and ensure customer satisfaction through outcomes framework. The ideal candidate will assist partners to manage external customer projects from initiation through delivery, including planning and budgeting, project control and status reporting. Focus on growth and evangelizing services to customers. We are looking for a strategic thinker, analytical, self-motivated and flexible, plus possesses the skills required to execute successfully on multiple concurrent projects. You are detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment that relies on teamwork. The ideal candidate comes from a Cloud/SaaS native vendor and/or has experience transitioning to the Cloud.ResponsibilitiesDrive opportunities for growth within customer portfolios for partner performed servicesLead creation and maintenance of repeatable packaged service offerings establishing guardrails to ensure alignmentOwn and review project plans, schedules, SOW’s and project control tools utilizing standard PM and PSA software. Perform project plan analysis and evaluate risk and mitigation plansDefine project resource plans, including internal and contract resources during proposal and contracting and delivery phasesMaintain partner services program and directory from channel and services partners as a resource guide for internal sales teamServe as project lead for partner-transacted pilot programServe as the project escalation path for partner project managers. Attend project steering committee meetings and conduct end of project quality reviewsAccountable for partner services enablement to ensure completion within defined schedule, budget, and quality parameters. mitigate issues/concerns, ensure success for ADSK, but also ensure success of customersHelp team members establish open, collaborative relationships. Maintain enthusiasm, energy and focus across projects. Translate project objectives and vision into clear goals for the teamDevelop strong extended stakeholder relationships and maintain effective communication channelsSupport partner services team by reviewing proposals, scopes of work, and developing delivery workflows and resource requirements for solution. May also add subject matter expertise to salesDevelop packaged service offerings to drive overall construction services implementation across channel partner networkWork with extended teams to collect best practice and cascade them to ACSEnsure alignment of portfolios with sales, product teams, industry strategy and marketing and business development stakeholdersMinimum QualificationsBA, BS or equivalent experience3+ years of sales/sales management/sales support/sales marketing or relevant experienceProficient in MS Office and CRM systemLanguages: English is required.
