La traduction française sera bientôt disponible!Position OverviewThe Quality Analyst role will lead initiatives to improve the quality of the interactions that our Sales Representatives have with Autodesk customers. You will master the Art & Science of Sales. You will collaborate with some of the best sales professionals in the industry to navigate complex enterprise sales environments.This role will focus on leveraging conversational data to help improve customer experience, agent experience, and sales. The Quality Analyst will review/evaluate call samples, and dive deep into the Digital Sales process, call recordings, quality data, and other conversational analytics. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills to help with identifying improvement opportunities and making business recommendations.RESPONSIBILITIESReporting and Analytics:Able to review raw data and turn into insightful stories which can be actionedAble to build and edit PowerBI reports and dashboards Able to query databases (JSON queries a plus) - PreferredExperience with text or conversational analyticsConversational Analytics:Experience with call recording and quality dataExperience turning conversational and call transcript data into actionable insights which can be used for website, chatbots, call flow (IVR), and CRM knowledge moduleMinimum QualificationsBachelor's Degree with at least 2 years of quality analyst or B2B experienceFamiliar with quality management and quality assurance processes, ideally in a Sales or Contact Center environmentKnowledge of B2B SalesKnowledge of Contact CentersContact Center Technologies:Experience using Call Recording/Transcription solutions Experience with Artificial Intelligence AutomationExperience automating tasks and processesSales Training and CoachingChange ManagementQuality Reviews:Analyze call dataEvaluate the quality of Sales callsPreferred QualificationsCommunication:Ability to present, explain data, and make recommendations to managers and sales representatives, to help them improve the quality of sales interactionsTraining and Coaching skillsLanguages a plus: French, German, Spanish, Italian, or Portuguese Collaboration skillsAt Autodesk, we're building a diverse workplace and an inclusive culture to give more people the chance to imagine, design, and make a better world.
