Your account focus will be the Health Security Agency and driving expansion in the UK market. This is an outstanding career option for a sales professional looking to further their new business sales career in a fast paced dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities:To exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by driving new opportunities and selling salesforce.com solutions into the NHS regions.You will manage the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new business sales, while expanding existing accounts.Territory identification and research of whitespace accounts, to formalise a go to market territory strategy and create qualified target account list within 30 days.Pipeline development through a combination of cold calling, email campaigns and market sector knowledge/intelligence.Create and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure over-achievement.Engage with prospect organisations to position salesforce.com solutions through strategic value based selling, business case definition, return on investment analysis, references and analyst data.Manage the end to end sales process through engagement of appropriate resources such as Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Executives, Partners etc.Generate short term results whilst maintaining a long term perspective to maximise overall revenue generation.Provide accurate monthly forecasting and revenue delivery.Preferred Qualifications:Extensive, relevant experience of selling enterprise software solutions, ideally business applications gained within a major software vendor.Preferred experience selling into Healthcare, different enterprise backgrounds considered.Successful history of net direct new business sales, with the ability to prove consistent delivery against targets.Demonstrable track record of sales over achievement.Credibility at all levels and evidence of building strong relationships internally and with the customer.Current full driving license.Experience will be evaluated based on alignment to the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer work, etc.).Across all sales teams, we are looking for the following attributes:Strong Executive presence and gravitasConsultative sales experienceSelf starterStrong prospecting SkillsStrong Communication and collaboration skillsHas a drive for resultsBuilding partner coalitions in support of propositions Key Functional Competencies:Communication MethodsObjection HandlingIndustry FoundationsValue DiscoveryAccount Team AlignmentCross Group AlignmentExecutive AlignmentPoV DevelopmentForecastingTerritory PlanningOur investment in you:World class enablement and on-demand training - check out Trailhead.com for a sneak peek!Sandler Sales TrainingWeek-long product bootcampFast Ramp mentorship programWeekly 1:1 coaching with your leadershipClear path to promotion with accelerated leadership development programsExposure to executive thought leaders with a passion for living our valuesVolunteer Opportunities:Have you heard of our 1:1:1 model, focused on giving back to the community?
