What assignments, requirements, or skills will you be performing on a regular basis?Track priority KPIs such as pipeline contribution and ensure the successful allocation and approval of Development Funds and partner-dedicated OPEX FundsLeverage and drive adoption of EMEA-wide marketing tools and programs such as Partner Marketing Catalogue, Partner Portal and Concierge Service to ensure we drive scale through the channelSupport EMEA-wide events & incentive programs deployed in the Nordics and BalticsSupervise and monitor the execution of joint campaigns with selected VMware business partnersPartner enablement on marketing tools, processes, budget claims, and Partner Demand Center content to support integrated campaignsSupport regular Channel communication and local partner eventsAlign closely with our EPIC2 values, driving Force for Good alongside our partner communityExcellent interpersonal and communication skills are a must for this role with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders in a cross-functional team environmentKnowledge of the IT Channel landscape/business is a clear advantage​What is the leadership like for this role? With 15 years of experience in various marketing roles, Magda he has built expertise in different routes to market and business models spanning from distribution to B2B marketing agency. As a member of the NEMEA Partner Marketing team, you'll have the autonomy to orchestrate demand generation initiatives in tight sync with the Nordics channel sales organization and marketing team.Where is this role located?Flexible: The role is considered flexible and will be a mix of working from a local VMware office and remote depending on your preferences and the arrangements determined with your future manager.
