As part of the growing demand generation team, the Marketing Campaign Operations Specialist will assist with Marketo campaign builds and execution projects to grow our revenue engine. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:Build a strong trusted partnership with marketing stakeholders including demand generation, field marketing, customer marketing, and partner marketing to drive program execution from requirements through build, testing, deployment, and measurement while providing recommendations for campaign optimization Act as the primary point of contact for marketing stakeholders to set up Marketo campaigns, ensuring best practices are followed in order to drive accurate and consistent reporting Support the marketing team by providing daily hands-on assistance with building Marketo programs. This includes email builds/sends, landing pages, list imports, segmentation, webinars, events, etc. Facilitate campaign calendar reviews to identify overlapping messages and/or audiences and drive corrective action Proactively identify areas of improvement in campaign operations to continually evolve a best-in-class marketing automation system. Troubleshoot and drive to resolution technical and/or operational issues; conduct post-mortems on campaign incidents Promote best practices on data governance and data hygiene within the MarTech stack Manage workload and is familiar with project management tools such as Wrike, JIRA, etc. (project management tool) and keep tasks up to date to ensure smooth communication and transparency to stakeholders QA and support for email campaign builds and other marketing efforts via Marketo (lists, workflows, template management, etc.) Responsible for creating documentation for marketing operations processes and systems REQUIRED SKILLS EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS:2-4+ years of proven experience with Marketo managing operational responsibilities such as building webinars, events, newsletters, email blasts, and other campaign operations programs Marketo certification preferred. Spanish language proficiency strongly preferred. Bachelors degree in a business or technical field preferred SFDC experience a plus Comfortable working with project management tools such as Wrike and/or JIRA Experience working with ‘Integrate’ paid media campaign platform (or similar) is a plus Customer oriented delivering top notch service to marketing stakeholders Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects with an extreme attention to detail while interacting with multiple stakeholders Team player with outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Strong process documentation and knowledge transfer skills Self-directed, taking initiative to work toward identified marketing objectives #LI-KT1#LI-REMOTE1The Job Description is intended to be a general representation of the responsibilities and requirements of the job.
