We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours.The challengeThe Director of Strategy and Operations will be a key member of the Strategy & Operations team for Adobe Customer Solutions in EMEA and JAPAC. This role will partner with Professional Services leaders across geographies to help define best-in-class solutions for Adobe Consulting sales and delivery operations. Reporting to the Group Leader of Strategy & Operations and Director of Sales Operations will be accountable for developing a comprehensive sales and revenue operations plan based on a substantial understanding of modern field operation dynamics to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.What you’ll do  Be the motivator for organization wide proactive action planning and execution rigourLead, coordinate and refine weekly sales/revenue forecasting processes driving predictability and control.Responsible for building and delivering C-Level executive presentations, including RTBs, QBRs, and regular deep-dive sessions.Deep and proactive diagnosis of business problems / gaps, followed by definition and execution of comprehensive get-well plansDevelop and action productivity and performance reporting of sales/revenue management, individuals, and account opportunity.Oversee sales/consulting team’s productivity – define and supervise critical KPIs and OKRs. Conduct historical reviews of account performance, account segmentation, prioritization, and supervise win/loss analysis.Establish highly repeatable and scalable sales processes, automation, and reporting methodologies for implementation across regions and business units for pipeline opportunity identification, build, and progression.Contribute to planning, including account segmentation, financial targets, organizational design, account coverage, capacity model, territory assignment, quotas, and compensation plans.Support and optimize the GTM strategy, including core sales processes and productivity drivers, infrastructure and automation, regional performance, and Enterprise Data-Driven Operating model. Ensure that all field sales teams fully adopt the defined GTM.What you need to succeed17 - 20 years of professional experience with consistent record in strategy, operations and P&L management. Relevant 5+ years of leadership experience in Sales / GTM / Revenue / P&L operations in a technology / SaaS / consulting / services organization(s). Management consulting experience AND/OR Sales management experience an added plusA person with stellar communication and strategic thinking skillsWith deep analytical and problem solving skillsProven track record of success in providing strategic guidance and operational oversight in Sales/Revenue Operations within a complex technology sales environment.Validated experience handling a best-in-class, sophisticated Sales/Revenue Operations function and supporting aggressive revenue growth.A validated ability to develop tactical initiatives that improve productivity and performance. Background of introducing innovative performance metrics and improvement programs.Highly entrepreneurial and able to operate independently with minimum supervision.Results-oriented; with a consistent track record in meeting and exceeding goals.Adobe Professional ServicesWe are a unique liaison customers’ team and Adobe technology.
