Leave your footprint in the Marketing Automation space that is growing by leaps and bounds by joining an outstanding Account Management team. We are searching for a fresh and creative account manager who is proactive, highly driven and experienced in Account Management and Customer Success.What you’ll doActively foster the success of a portfolio of assigned Marketo customers.Will be responsible for retention, development, and up-selling of focused accounts.Develop a fool-proof success plan to ensure organization adoption and expansion of our product.Close renewal business on a monthly basis, meeting or exceeding your quota.Build and conduct Executive Business Reviews with executive leadership in your customer baseEstablish and grow relationships with leaders and decision makers.Become familiar with the Marketo platform.What you need to succeed4+ years of account management experience from a high-tech company-ideally with Marketing Automation, CRM or related applications (i.e. ERP systems) in a SaaS environmentExperience developing strategies on assigned accounts to fully bring to bear technology solutions.Lead projects from conception to closure, and have experience using internal resources to get things done.Empathy - you know how to actively listen in order to understand root cause of issues and how to identify solutions that meet the customer’s needsExecutive presence - You know how to build trusted relationships with decision makers, executive sponsors and end users.Hold a Sales Quota and have a drive to hit your quotaExperience running a sales cycleExperience carrying a book of business with accounts where spend is in the six figuresOperational excellence - you have consistency in keeping CRM up to dateOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $73,200 -- $145,600 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
