This role will be part of our Customer Success Organization.As a Business Advisor you will engage with Workfront customers to optimize their work management solutions, while providing process and platform recommendations toward the establishment and refinement of their operational system of record for work. You will do this through the assessment of corporate objectives, strategic challenges, and desired business outcomes. You will provide strategic analysis and work-flow process evaluation of their work management strategies to produce long-term results. You will be called upon to build models or examples to demonstrate actionable results. Your end goal is to understand the work they execute and recommend game plans based on sound practices to optimize their work management vision.With a focus on strategic business discussions, Business Advisors engage with senior leaders owning initiatives, formulating business strategies and defining corporate objectives. Your delivery method is not focused on features and functions, rather, compelling business propositions that defines the value of Workfront products and services.  This is a key role at one of the hottest technology companies in Silicon Valley – and the entire US! We are looking for high energy, data-minded, and tech-savvy people with marketing or marketing automation knowledge who can provide strategic and tactical advice based on real-life experience. This role is remote and can be based anywhere in the US.What You'll Do: Collaborate with clients and Customer Success Managers to capture requirements, get feedback on designs and present resultsRecommend solutions to help clients advance their maturity and use of Adobe technologiesHelp advance the customer digital experience, by means of ground-breaking projects and thought leadershipCollaborate and direct multi-functional teams internally and externally to optimally deliver a project end-to-endParticipate and contribute to strategic account planning sessions, facilitate customer-visioning workshops, and serve as the liaison to delivery of value-focused engagements.Enable the virtual account team to expand profitable revenue opportunities by leveraging value-based selling approaches to deliver comprehensive business improvement strategies, value-based roadmaps, and use cases including the following elements:Market trends, competitive positioning and capabilities required for differentiation.Assess strategic objectives, innovation opportunities and other avenues of incremental valueBusiness strategy development, process designs, benchmarksConduct customer digital transformation workshops to help customers redefine their business processes and business models.Convey benefits / economic value proposition/ Business Case / ROIPotential risks and mitigation strategies - governance and change management implicationsUnderstand and present potential risks and mitigation strategies - governance and change management implicationsEnable customer adoption of best practices in delivery, realization, and optimization.Assume a thought leadership role in devising solutions strategies in targeted sales cycles and drive credibility to influence the markets opinion of Workfront's solutions offerings.Provide industry thought leadership, strategic solution advisory, and expert consultation to support customer enterprise transformation, and business process improvement.Act as trusted advisor for customers and a role model for Workfront's values.What you'll need to succeed: 5+ years of pre-sales/or consulting experience with a cloud-based software solution5+ years in business management, software sales, or professional consultingMust have experience with Adobe WorkfrontExperience working with CRM applications such as Salesforce.com and Microsoft DynamicsProblem solver with an attention for data to measure resultsExcellent client management skills, strong written and verbal communications, executive level presenceSolid project management and organizational skillsPrevious consulting experience is strongly preferred but not requiredUnderstanding of HTML, JavaScript, and REST/SOAP API’s strongly preferredUnderstanding of data warehouses, relational database concepts and platformsExperience with data schemas and the ability to discern relationships between data sourcesWorkfront product knowledge and understandingBA or BS from top tier school preferredSelf-starter; willing to work independently or part of a larger teamAble to take vision or concepts and produceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDriven, personable, and charismatic in front of teams, groups, and senior leadership, both internally and in front of customersExceptional time management skillsOrganized and detail orientedStrong understanding of Enterprise work managementExperience in the marketing a plusOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $92,400 -- $181,000 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
