We realize that ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours!The OpportunityIn this role, you will be a strategic leader passionate about driving growth for Adobe’s Digital Media SMB segment with the accountability to help define the strategy, and support optimizing our sales-assisted (Adobe Business Direct / ABD) engine globally.You will have a strong perspective on customer data and business trends that translate into impactful recommendations and actions. This role is highly cross functional collaborating across several organizations to ensure strategy is and execution aligned drives increased ARR globally for the SMB segment.What You'll DoDefine, document and deliver our global SMB sales strategy and recommend the future state requirements to drive scale globally, with particular focus on driving new funnels of growth.Perform analytical deep dives into our SMB customer base and SMB market opportunity. Leverage internal (market contribution, ARR growth, product growth, traffic, conversion, initial purchase, add ons, retention, and upgrades) and external (market insights, competitor insights) variables.Lead Partnering with marketing, product management, adobe.com teams driving alignment and building initiatives across acquisition and retention to help drive growth for our ABD businessAbility to craft clear, compelling recommendations to prioritize opportunities, supported by strong analysis and business logic, and articulate them to leadershipWhat You’ll Need to Succeed8+ years business strategy, business analytics or management consultingStrong understanding of SMB business models and sales tactics (planning, segmentation, coverage, productivity) to improve go-to-marketExperience pulling data from multiple sources (Tableau, Power BI, Web Analytics, and SQL)Data driven with strong analytical skills and an ability to turn data into insights.Experience working across matrixed organizations to achieve common goals, initiatives & drive growth.Outstanding communication and social skills with the desire and ability to take a stand and advocate a course of action, highly articulate, makes arguments in a compelling manner.Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $131,200 -- $239,800 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
