Senior Program Manager

In your position you will lead and drive forward programs and projects related to our Cloud security andDLP Products. You will Cultivate Agile mindset with management and Scrum masters, and validate processes andtools are aligned with the team needs.We are looking for a highly skilled and well-trained professional (Mid-Senior level), with a track record of leadingScrum teams, executing cross functional projects and operating under extreme Agile conditions. The idealcandidate will have an Engineering background and great interpersonal skills, which will allow him/her strongcollaboration with engineering and stakeholders levels.Your day-to-day• Lead DLP product development programs from planning to execution, manage any official, non-officialversions delivery for our customers• Lead and facilitate engineering agile teams, validate methodology is preserved and followed, unsure theorganization is tuned for efficient delivery• Lead (hands on) one of the scrum teams as top expert in his field• Lead cross Business unit projects, and contribute to company strategy• Work daily with Engineering & Product managers to facilitate a plan, monitor its execution, and deliver itstargets• Manage Risks and lead mitigation discussions towards contingency plan• Provide up to date accurate status on projects/program for management• Develop and maintain project/program management processes and methodologies• Reports to Director level Program managerWhat you bring to the team• Engineering background (Bachelor degree)• 3+ years of experience in Program / Release Management role, in a global software SAAS company• 5+ years of experience in a scrum master role with heterogenous engineering teams• Project Management Background (PMI Bachelor - an advantage)• Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills, with both Engineering and high management level• Strong leadership skills, motivate, influence and lead by example• Organized, with ability to provide a clear picture of projects and programs under your responsibilities at alltimes• Proven experience of leading several projects / programs in parallel• Proficiency with Atlassian family of applications (Jira, Confluence)• Fluent English and Hebrew (spoken and written)#LI-IB1If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!
