Your potential is waiting; why are you?Summary:As a Product Manager, you will bring your leadership, business acumen, and technical skills to the Genesys Digital & AI team. You will play a critical role in the development and delivery of AI-infused products.In this role, you will usher features through all phases of product development with primary responsibilities on requirements definition, project planning, managing schedules, facilitating conflict resolution, identifying, and communicating risk, and coordinating tasks involving dependencies within cross-functional development teams.You will add value by ensuring that the features delivered meet quality standards, solve stated business problems, and are completed in a timely manner within scoped project deliverables. Key Responsibilities:Collaborate and define solutions, from a customer, functional and business perspective, working within Genesys Digital & AI team.Define and execute requirements with supporting organizations, including Product Management, Sales, Development, Support, IT Operations, Finance, Marketing and Legal.Provide visibility to feature status and escalate issues to senior managementPlan and track release milestones for feature releases.Work closely with Product, Development, and Quality Assurance management to ensure successful feature delivery.Identify needs, create, and deliver sales enablement training material.Create and deliver clear and concise customer-facing documentation outlining delivered solutions.Remove obstacles blocking or slowing down the teams.Manage multiple projects at one time.Develop and improve processes, communicate plans and achievements, and facilitate project meetings. Minimum Requirements:BA/BS required.2+ years of Product Manager experience ideally within an eCommerce, SaaS environment. Ability to prioritize issues effectively and meet tight deadlines when required.Ability to resolve conflict within a project team.Critical thinker who is data-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong project management skills.Ability to multi-task, prioritize and be detail-oriented.Ability to take initiative and work independently.Excellent communication skills, written and verbal. Successful Product Managers at Genesys will:Be willing to learn as well as teach others.Not be afraid to question the status quo.Be driven and accountable to get results.Be proactive and anticipate/handle issues.Demonstrate a high level of curiosity and keep abreast of the latest technologies.Show pride of ownership and strive for excellence in everything they do.Want to learn and develop a career within Genesys.Embrace the core values of Genesys.Benefits:Flexible work schedules and work from home options.Development and career growth opportunities.Excellent pension scheme.Bonus scheme.Health Insurance.Income Protection & Life Assurance.Family-friendly leave allowances, including paid maternity and paternity leave.About Genesys:Every year, Genesys orchestrates billions of remarkable customer experiences for organizations in more than 100 countries.
