In return we will be committed to your personal growth and development in a truly empathetic environment.Key Responsibilities:Responsible for a dedicated set of partner accounts and the achievement of an annual ACV target with a key focus on demand generationDevelop partner plans and business reviews to accelerate growth, and execute accordingly to exceed quotaSecure and defend existing partner revenues and drive activities with the partners to migrate end customers to the cloudSecure ongoing business through lifecycle and CXDrive net new logo cloud revenue through the partnerDrive activities to support the creation of pipeline including upsell, cross sell and net new logoDevelop the partner’s skills – certifications, utilize programmes and promotions to accelerate profitability for both the partner and GenesysKey accountabilities:Accountable for successfully developing the partner sales strategies for a given set of partners. Accountable for successfully executing digital sales activities to generate demand. Generate new leads via campaigns, demos and trials.Accountable for the full sales cycle for all opportunities through the partner lens, and the provision of forecast accuracy to the business.Strong collaboration and business cadence with key stakeholders.Provide product information, pricing, and quotes, where appropriate and possible, without specialist intervention.Drive product knowledge and market awareness to support the growth of the partner.Key Skills:A partner and customer excellence mindset.A fast learner in possession of a strong ‘can do’ attitude.Ability to drive business focused / strategic discussions.Excellent relationship building.An understanding of the competitive landscape (Cloud, Contact Centre, SaaS).Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, LinkedIn, etc.)Self-starter with the ability to work independently or as an active member of a team.Self-motivated and self-directed with a growth mindset and a passion for continuous learning.Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.Ability to drive new acquisition sales, spot cross-sell/up-sell opportunities in conjunction with the partners to drive indirect sales opportunities.Ability to execute partner sales activities from an inside sales approach that meet required partner sales targets including competitive market share capture.Commercial awareness and knowledge of the industry.
