Your potential is waiting; why are you?Job Description Summary:Genesys is looking for a Senior Integration Developer to design, develop, implement, and support business solutions for Order-to-Cash and Finance domains. You will be part of the highly skilled IT Enterprise Integration team in Chennai that handles end-to-end integration for various transactional data across multiple SaaS applications. In this role, you will work closely with Integration architects, other IT teams and business to maintain and manage existing integrations and assist in AWS migration strategy. You will also be required to provide Level-3 support to the Integration team to resolve day-to-day issues Key Responsibilities:• Design, develop and implement complex to very complex integration solution across Finance, Order Management, Legal, Procurement and HR business functions.• Work closely with US team to translate the requirements into feasible and efficient technical solutions.• Be highly accurate in activity assessment, effort estimation and delivery commitment to ensure all project activities are delivered on time without comprising the quality.• Diagnose complex technical issues and provide recommendations on solutions with consideration of best practices and longer-term impacts of decisions• Lead/Perform third party testing, performance testing and UAT coordination• Support the technical design of the platform and ensures that the prescribed architecture, security, development best practices, and agile best practices are adhered to• Handle day-to-day support activities like process monitoring, fixing data issues, ticket resolutions etc. Minimum Requirements:• (6-8) years of software development experience• Minimum 5 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing cloud solutions Integration platforms like Boomi• Experience in designing complex integration solutions based on Dell Boomi or similar tools to integrate applications like Workday, Salesforce, Concur, NetSuite, Zuora etc. • Experience in using technology connectors like Database, HTTP, Mail, Disk, OData, SFTP, SOAP, Web Services etc.• Good knowledge of best practices in error handling, logging, and monitoring.• Good Knowledge about RESTful APIs and microservices architecture (Primary)• Experience in developing processes as per requirement using different connectors, set properties, Decision shape, Branch, Try/catch shape, Data Process, Document cache, return document.• Strong ability to interact with end users directly & provide timely solutions to business requirements.• Strong communication and ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment• Good understanding of Agile methodologyDesirable Skills:• Ability to do data analysis and data verification process is preferred• Order to cash and P2P domain knowledge is strongly preferred. • Certified Dell Boomi Associate Developer preferred• Knowledge of core AWS services, uses, and AWS architecture is preferred About Genesys:Every year, Genesys orchestrates billions of remarkable customer experiences for organizations in more than 100 countries.
