Business Process ConsultantDescription -If you are customer centric mindset, and passionate to help organizations improve the way they work and adopt new technologies to increase efficiency and reduce costs then you are the perfect candidate.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:Leading the processes portfolio for Sales OperationsCoordinating the Lean Six Sigma learning & certification pathAnalyzing the existing processes, identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks, and determine areas for improvement.Develop strategies for optimizing business processes, which may include streamlining workflows, automating manual tasks, or implementing new technology (RPA(robotic process automation)/ AI (artificial intelligence)/ ML(machine learning))Optimizing the business processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance.Collaborates with operational teams and business stakeholders to gather business requirements, supporting the design of new or improved processes of significant complexity, and understand business/customer impact. Leads process reengineering where needed.Utilizing Design Thinking methods to create value for business groups and develop viable and sustainable processesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of processes, to implement process improvement initiatives, such as creating new procedures, updating documentation, or training employees.Monitor and analyze process performance metrics. Track and analyze process performance metrics, such as cycle time, throughput, and defect rates, to ensure that process improvements are achieving the desired outcomes.Develop and maintain process documentation and training material, including process maps, standard operating procedures, and process improvement plans. Enable online process documentation through Signavio.Represents the needs of the business, function on an ongoing basis to drive the expected improvements.Enables strategic decision making and strategic alignment, communicates portfolio status, issues and solutions to achieve alignment with the top level of the business, function, or region.Manages vendor identification and selection process when a vendor is requiredKeep abreast of emerging trends and best practices in business process management and recommend new approaches as needed.JOB REQUIREMENTS:BA or BS degree in Business or Operational Management or Computer Science7+ years of experience in Process managementLean Six Sigma certification Green/Black belt preferredProven experience as a business process manager/ process manager/ SME or similar roleProven experience in utilizing Design thinking and Change Management techniques to drive value for customersKnowledge of process mapping software (ex.Signavio tool) or at least minimal exposure and willingness to learnKnowledge of Design Thinking frameworkStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProven experience working in globally distributed virtual teamsProficiency in English is a mustKNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:Business process architecture, workflows and toolsAdvanced knowledge and subject matter expertise for operational processes, digital industry trends, and customer/partner requirements.Superior communication skills (i.e. written, verbal, presentation), leadership, consulting, influence, and negotiation skills.
