We provide advanced innovative solutions to our partners and customers.The PageWide Web Press (PWP) organization is growing!  Our Web printers are the largest and fastest in the world!  We print on paper that is up to 9 ft wide at a rate of a mile every 5 minutes, continuously mile after mile after mile. As a member of the Operations DataPipeline team, you will share responsibility to make sure our customers are ready for their production, focusing in implementing improvements or diagnostics for Commercial and Packaging PageWide Web Presses. Knowledge & SkillsStrong technical knowledge of complex software systems, including enterprise, middleware, firmware, and embedded systemsAdapt at collecting and understanding input from multiple sources (customers, sales, engineering, marketing, other companies, and management)Significant experience in software development, systems engineering, software product management, or electrical engineeringAbility to understand and deal well with rapid development cycles and remain flexible in the face of uncertaintyExpertise in multiple firmware design tools and languagesStrong analytical and problem solving skillsDesigning firmware, including interaction and integration with hardware designFirmware testing methodology, including writing and execution of test plans, debugging, and testing scripts and toolsExcellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local languageAbility to effectively communicate product architectures, design proposals and negotiate options at management levelsScope & ImpactActions typically impact multiple departments and may have downstream repercussions lasting multiple weeksAdvises various internal, partner, and customer teams on the needs and requirements of target marketsWorks closely with architects and technology leads, directly engaging with internal and external software development teamsComplexityModerate: Some senior management interface; frequent cross-functional/cross-organizational interaction on execution of tactics Applies developed subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex business issues within established guidelines and recommends appropriate alternatives.
