Leads large, cross-division functional teams or projects that affect the organization’s long-term goals and objectives.Responsibilities: Lead efforts to standardize processes, reports and reviews by leveraging global solutions and datasets or creating one in absence of such solutionsDrives awareness as well as support countries and markets to adopt global standards and solutionsLeads internal or external programs with significant complexity and risk, provides feedback on programs, and conducts post-project evaluations.Represents the needs of the business, function, or region on an ongoing basis to drive process improvements.Collaborates with operational teams and business stakeholders to gather business requirements, supporting the design of new or improved processes of significant complexity, and understand business/customer impact.Leads efforts to utilize standard project management and quality improvement methodologies in process improvement approaches. Identifies the need for new processes as well as significant improvements to major processes and drives their development and implementation.Ensures peers develop a deep understanding of existing solutions that can be leveraged rather than creating new onesDevelops recommendation from complex data and business analyses and formulates them into business plans. Leads highly complex, time- sensitive market research projects and identifies compelling trends and opportunities for business leaders. Communicates strategic process decisions and plans, program status, and issues and workarounds in order to achieve alignment with the top level of the business, function, or region.Education and Experience Required: Typically, 10-12 years of related experience in business operations or relevant business functions MBA or First-level university degree with equivalent experience; advanced university degree preferred Typically, 7 years of project management & analytics experience In-depth knowledge of reporting fundamentals and tools Working knowledge of key KPI’s tracked and reported like forecast, shipment, backlog, revenue, inventory, gross margin, market share, etc. Advance knowledge of Microsoft tools (Excel, Power Point, Access and Power BI) Strong Visualization and story boarding skills Understanding of statistical tools and techniques would be a plusUnderstanding of VBA and SQL would be a plusKnowledge and Skills: Excellent program management, problem solving, and analytical skills, and the ability to execute a program within the scope of overall strategies, including leading large, cross-functional initiatives that impact the organization. Ability to lead multiple, large, time sensitive projects or work streams. Strong relationship management skills, including partnering and consulting, strong interpersonal and project management skills, resilient, making things happen. Ability to work in a collaborative environment, influence and strong team worker.Superior business acumen and technical knowledge within area of responsibility.
