To help HP understand the efficiency of the spend, help optimize it and balance it, HP is running A/B tests and builds data science models to optimize resource allocations. To lead such an impactful and exciting team who deploys those tactics on HP’s website you are looked for!We offer an international experience, collaborative culture, top rate data science platform and opportunity to create significant real world impact.What you will do Guide HP’s commercial website traffic generation investments across geographies and product linesLead a team data science team with a strong culture of delivery and accountability for resultsConduct problem solving sessions with internal stakeholders on identifying the right methodology and data sources that need to be managed.Inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to be highly effective both in terms of impact and team cultureAct as a trusted mentor and advisor to others within our broader technology organization to ensure the scaling of best practices and use of repeatable patterns What you will need:Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Statistics, Electrical Engineering, Robotics or a related fieldProven experience developing Media Mix (MMM) and/or Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA) models Knowledge of statistical testing methods (i.e., A/B, Hypothesis, Multivariate, User Acceptance)Proven track record of success leading teams in Data Science or consulting teams in digital marketing domainTheoretical and applied skills in Machine LearningExperience in developing ML solutions utilizing various algorithms Proven experience liaising between technical & non-technical business units; presenting insightsLanguages: Python or R  Who We AreAt HP, we believe in the power of ideas.
