The ideal candidate is an expert in consumer goods, comfortable within dynamic environments and working across global teams. He/she/they will drive real change within the Print Organization through a customer centric, data-based approach to development and implementation of marketing strategies.What You’ll DoAnalyze, learn and act upon rapidly changing market needs and trends.Be the “voice of the customer” ambassador.Develop the next generation of HP supplies portfolio.Define the GTM strategy through collaboration with internal and external partners.Drive portfolio transformation through targeted, thoughtful, and well-executed market research.Create/support revenue generation by creating awareness and demand for HP print solutions.Analyze, monitor and drive performance of strategic marketing projects and campaigns through development of relevant and well-communicated KPIs.Successful Candidates Will Have: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related field.10+ years of marketing, product portfolio management, marketing project/program management, consulting or general management experience.Demonstrated ability to manage complex programs/projects within a global environment.Deep understanding of marketing principles and best practices.Expertise in marketing consumer goods.Proven effectiveness working asynchronously across multiple times zones.Strong proactive communication skills.Innate aptitude for storytelling; comfortable meeting individuals where they’re at (from peers to executives).Ability to bring balance to stressful situations through humor, empathy and adaptability.In your first month, you’ll:Join and assimilate into one of the best teams in the industry.Learn the great history, technology and portfolio of HP.In your first three months, you’ll:Get deeper understanding of our structure, business and GTM plans.Be actively involved in planning our strategic marketing plans.Define internal and external communication plan for HP Supplies.In your first year, you’ll:Own and drive marketing strategy of portfolio transformation.HP offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:•Dental insurance•Disability insurance•Employee assistance program•Flexible schedule•Flexible spending account•Health insurance•Life insurance  Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is $116,900.00 - $169,500.00 USD Annual annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
