IO and Mixed-Signal Analog Design Engineer

In this position, you'll have the opportunity work on designs across a wide range of technologies and products including the most advanced nodes and applications. Specifically, you'll be working on a variety of circuit types--bandgaps, voltage regulators, voltage and temperature monitors, general purpose IOs, among others. You'll be involved through the entire design process from collecting and negotiating specs, design and simulation, modeling, verification, documentation and customer support.Minimum Requirements:Experience with analog design techniques and best practicesKnowledge of device physics and variation and how that impacts analog circuits to design for high yield and performanceExperience with standard design tools like Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, Synopsys Primetime, Hspice/Finesim, Verilog, etc.Knowledge of statistical techniques for analyzing Monte-Carlo simulation results and silicon data.Understanding of layout effects on analog performanceExcellent communication and documentation skillsDesired Skills:Familiarity with scripting languages like Perl, Skill, Python, Matlab are a plusFamiliarity with ESD and Latchup requirementsSilicon FA and Debug skillsBachelor's + 8+ years of related experience requiredAdditional Job Description:Compensation and BenefitsThe annual base salary range for this position is $91,200    $152,000.This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
