Service Operations IP Analyst

We are looking for a Service Operations IP Analyst to join our Trademark Renewals team in Belgrade. We would love to speak with you if you you’re interested in learning more about the magnificent industry of intellectual property.About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments  University degree (Bachelor’s/Master’s) in relevant subject (Law, Business Administration, IP, etc.)Minimum B2 level of English It would be great if you also had . . .  Excellent writing, presentation, and overall communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office suiteWorking experience in Customer Support and administrative tasksExcellent organization and prioritization skills in order to meet internal and official deadlinesGood analytical skills and attention to detailExcellent communication skills and strong team player What will you be doing in this role? Dealing with foreign/domestic patent/trademark portfolio, while respecting the customer deadlines, customer specificities, internal procedures, quality standards and KPIs; Performing data verification and checking whether information provided by customers is in accordance with information found on IP databasesCreating reports of IP matters for internal and external stakeholdersObtaining deep understanding of the maintenance workflow in order to collaborate with other teams at every stage of the processAchieving deep knowledge of all national IP databases in order to be a reference point for other teams; Supporting patent/trademark related projectsPerforming other duties and special projects as necessary – may involve handling confidential and sensitive materialProactively recommending improvements as well as corrective and preventive actions to reduce customer complaints, improve efficiency and mitigate risksAbout the Team   Envoy team is one of three teams which make one international team. This team has 10 members including Team Manager.
