This includes processing invoices, disbursements, and reconciling accounts, responding to vendor inquiries and maintaining related files in compliance with Razer USA policies and procedures and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.Perform full cycle accounts payable functions by coding, vouchering, reviewing, and processing all types of invoices while ensuring compliance with AP internal control, policies, and procedures.Process vendor and employee payment runs three times a month.Analyze the freight and other expenses, according to Razer’s accounting policies.Review received vendor invoices and assign the proper general ledger codes.Prepare month-end accruals and the associated journal entries.Manage the fixed assets and perform the depreciation in SAPAnswer inquiries from vendors and employees and resolve outstanding issues.Prepare journal entries to book intra-company auto bank transfers, service fees and interests.Setup new vendors in SAP and update W-9 and W8-BEN.Maintain accounts payable related files and records.Assist with annual financial audit by outside auditors.Assist in UAT testing and contribute to process improvements and automations.Prepare and generate1099 forms in compliance with IRS regulations and ensure all data reported on the forms are accurate and complete.Assist with special Accounting/Finance projects as needed.Pre-Requisites :Salary Ranges (per annum):$66,300.00 - $110,500.00Disclaimer: Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.Are you game?
